Lyme Bay’s Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes which received up to three days of cold maceration before being pressed. After primary fermentation, the wine then went through malolactic fermentation to naturally round the acidity and add even more depth and character to this most revered grape variety. This complex Rosé has aromas of cherries, rosehip, strawberries and cream.
